Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of large-cap companies with growth characteristics, generally those represented in an appropriate third-party growth-oriented index; derivatives providing relevant exposure may also count toward this policy. Large-cap companies are defined as those with market capitalizations above the minimum in the MSCI USA Large Cap Index or MSCI World Large Cap Index, after systematically removing any companies that cannot reasonably be considered a large-cap company from the low end of the range of each index. Using a growth style, it seeks companies with above-average earnings and cash flow growth and niches supporting sustained momentum. It may invest, to a limited extent, in privately held firms and companies that only recently began to trade publicly, may concentrate in a sector, and is nondiversified.
