Fund Description

The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of issuers throughout the world, diversifying broadly among developed and emerging countries and among multiple asset classes. Under normal market conditions it invests at least 40% of net assets in foreign assets, but may invest at least 30% if conditions are not deemed favorable. Foreign status may be based on domicile, principal place of business, listing, revenue source, or other factors, and may include emerging markets and depositary receipts. It may use derivatives such as futures to hedge or gain exposure. The adviser uses an active, disciplined, computer-aided quantitative approach, systematically reviewing thousands of stocks and analyzing return forecasts, risk characteristics, and covariation to determine holdings.
