Fund Description
The fund was incepted in July 1997 and is managed by American Century Investment Management, Inc. The fund seeks long-term capital growth. Under normal market conditions, the fund intends to invest fully in stocks regardless of the movement of stock prices generally. The fund invests a portion of its assets in convertible debt securities, equity-equivalent securities, foreign securities, short-term securities, nonleveraged futures contracts and other similar securities. The fund distributes dividends and capital gains, if any, once a year in December.
