The fund was incepted in April 1971 and is managed by USAA Investment Management Company. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests in equity securities of companies that are selected for their growth potential. The fund also invests in warrants, rights, real estate investment trusts, convertible securities, and in non-convertible debt securities. Dividends are distributed annually. Capital gains are distributed in December each year.
