Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus any investment borrowings, in equity securities. Under normal circumstances, the fund expects to invest at least 40% of its assets in non-U.S. securities unless market conditions are not deemed favorable by fund management, in which case the fund would invest at least 30% of its assets in non-U.S. securities. The equity securities the fund invests in may include common stocks, depositary receipts, preferred stocks, securities convertible into common stocks, and securities that carry the right to buy common stocks; derivatives and similar instruments may count toward the 80% policy. It invests globally, diversified across at least three countries, but may concentrate in a country or region, using quantitative and bottom-up analysis and may consider non-financial factors.
