Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks of U.S. companies the manager regards as U.S. Global Leaders-multinational firms typically with leading market shares that support higher profit margins and investment returns, and with consumable products or services that generate recurring revenue. It seeks companies with superior long-term earnings prospects and may hold positions while the manager believes they are not overvalued and capital growth prospects remain favorable. It typically invests in large-capitalization companies, may focus on particular sectors, and may invest up to 20% in foreign companies and U.S.-traded securities of large-cap, well-established foreign issuers. ESG factors may be considered alongside other relevant factors.
