Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of foreign companies, including emerging markets. It primarily invests in common stocks, depositary receipts, preferred stocks, securities convertible into common stocks, and securities carrying the right to buy common stocks, including rights and warrants. It normally holds investments economically tied to multiple countries worldwide, but may invest a significant percentage in issuers from a single country, a small number of countries, or a specific geographic region. It may invest in companies of any size, including mid- and small-cap. It combines quantitative analysis with an active bottom-up approach, evaluating valuation, price and earnings momentum, earnings quality, and other factors, alongside fundamental analysis of issuers' financial condition and relevant market, economic, political, and regulatory conditions.
