Fund Description

The fund is actively managed and invests mainly in stocks of mid-size U.S. companies that an advisor considers undervalued-typically out of favor with investors and trading at prices believed to be below average relative to measures such as earnings and book value. These stocks often have above-average dividend yields. The fund uses multiple advisors, each independently selecting and maintaining a portfolio of common stocks. It may invest up to 25% of assets in foreign securities, including depositary receipts, traded on U.S. or foreign markets.
