Fund Description

The fund uses an indexing approach designed to track two benchmark indexes through sampling, holding a range of securities that in the aggregate approximates each index's key characteristics. Approximately 60% of assets seek to track the CRSP US Total Market Index, which represents approximately 100% of the investable U.S. stock market and includes large-, mid-, small-, and micro-cap stocks, using a broadly diversified collection of stocks. Approximately 40% of assets seek to track the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Float Adjusted Index, covering investment-grade, taxable U.S. fixed income, including government, corporate, and international dollar-denominated bonds, plus mortgage- and asset-backed securities with maturities over 1 year. At least 80% of the bond portion is invested in index bonds. The bond portion maintains a dollar-weighted average maturity consistent with that of the Index.
