Fund Description

The fund uses an indexing approach to track the performance of the S&P U.S. Dividend Growers Index, a modified market capitalization-weighted index of U.S. common stocks of companies with a record of increasing dividends over time, excluding REITs. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the index's constituent stocks. It seeks to replicate the index by holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its index weighting, and may become nondiversified or industry-concentrated solely as a result of index tracking.
