Fund Description
Incepted in May 2000, the fund is managed by Victory Capital Management. The fund seeks long-term capital growth by investing primarily in the common stocks of medium sized companies that make up part of the Russell Midcap Index as well as other recognized indices. The fund's emphasis is on companies that have demonstrated a record of consistent earnings growth. The fund looks for companies whose stock is trading at prices below what is believed to represent its true value. In making investment selections, the fund seeks, among others, consistent earnings growth, stable earnings growth combined with dividend yield, rising earnings prospects, discounted price-to-earnings ratios and discounted price-to-book ratios. The fund pays dividends quarterly and distributes capital gains annually.
