Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets in a diversified portfolio of equity investments in real estate and real estate-related companies, primarily through REITs and equity securities including common and preferred stocks and convertible securities. It may also use synthetic securities with similar economic characteristics toward the 80% requirement and concentrates in the real estate industry. The fund may invest in foreign and emerging market issuers, expecting substantial exposure tied economically to Japan, the U.K., Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Canada, and Continental Europe. It may lend securities up to 30% of total assets for income.
