Fund Description
The fund was incepted in March 1985. The objective of this fund is to seek long-term growth of capital and income. The fund invests 60% to 70% of its assets in common stocks through eight Vanguard stock funds. The fund also invests 20% to 30% of its assets in bonds through two Vanguard bond funds and 10% to 20% of its assets in short-term investments through a short-term Vanguard bond fund. The fund distributes dividends in June and December. The fund distributes capital gains in December.
