Fund Description

The fund is a fund of funds that invests in a diversified portfolio of other mutual funds, following a balanced approach. It allocates 60%-70% of assets to common stocks through underlying stock funds, 20%-30% to bonds through underlying bond funds, and 10%-20% to short-term investments through an underlying short-term bond fund. Through these holdings, it emphasizes large-cap stocks of domestic companies and, to a lesser extent, stocks of companies outside the U.S. Bond holdings span various maturities, yields, and qualities, including corporate bonds, U.S. Treasuries and other U.S. government and agency securities, and asset-backed, mortgage-backed, and mortgage-related securities, and may include non-U.S. and emerging market bonds.
