Fund Description

The fund employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the MSCI US Investable Market Index (IMI)/Health Care 25/50, which includes stocks of large-, mid-, and small-cap U.S. health care companies as classified under the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS). The GICS health care sector includes providers and services firms, manufacturers and distributors of health care equipment and supplies, health care technology companies, and companies involved in the research, development, production, and marketing of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology products. The fund seeks to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in index stocks, holding each in approximately the same proportion as its index weighting.
