Fund Description
The fund was incepted in November 1996 and is managed by Schroder Investment Management North America Inc. The fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in the equity securities of smaller companies (which generally have market capitalizations of $2.5 billion or less at the time of investment) located outside the United States. The fund invests in small-capitalization companies that the advisor believes offer the potential for capital growth. Dividends and capital gains are distributed annually.
