Fund Description

The fund employs an indexing investment approach aimed at tracking the performance of the CRSP US Large Cap Index, which encompasses a broadly diversified selection of large U.S. companies representing approximately 85% of the U.S. market capitalization. It seeks to replicate the target index by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the constituent stocks, maintaining each stock's proportionate weighting as reflected in the Index. The fund may be classified as nondiversified under the Investment Company Act of 1940 solely due to index rebalances or market movements.
