Fund Description

The fund is actively managed and, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in common stocks of mid-size companies. It defines mid-sized companies as those with market capitalizations ranging from the smallest company in the Russell Mid Cap Growth Index to the greater of the largest company in that index or the 100th largest U.S. company as defined by the Russell 3000 Index. In selecting investments, the advisor focuses on mid-size companies it believes have the best prospects for future growth.
