Fund Description

The fund uses an indexing approach designed to track the performance of the MSCI US Investable Market Index (IMI)/Utilities 25/50, which comprises stocks of large-, mid-, and small-cap U.S. companies in the utilities sector as classified by GICS. The GICS utilities sector includes electric, gas, and water utilities, independent power producers and energy traders, and companies engaged in generating and distributing electricity using renewable sources. The fund seeks to replicate the index by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in index constituents, holding each in approximately the same proportion as its index weighting.
