Fund Description
The fund was incepted in October 1991 and is managed by Gabelli Advisers, Inc. The fund seeks to maximize total return, while maintaining a level of current income consistent with the maintenance of principal and liquidity. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio consisting of U.S. dollar denominated bonds of domestic and foreign issuers in both corporate and government sectors. Under normal conditions, portfolio maturity is between 3 and 10 years. Dividends are declared daily and paid monthly. Capital gains are distributed annually.
