Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, in common stocks of smaller companies. The adviser defines small capitalization companies as those with market capitalizations between $100 million and $2.5 billion at the time of initial investment, and may revise this range based on the market capitalizations of securities in the Russell 2000 and Russell 2000 Value Indexes. The adviser closely monitors issuers and may sell when price objectives are met, valuation outpaces forecasted growth, and/or fundamentals deteriorate. The fund may invest up to 25% of total assets in foreign securities, including EDRs and ADRs, including emerging markets, and may also invest in foreign debt securities.
