Fund Description

The fund seeks to invest primarily in common stocks of large-cap, growth-oriented companies the Manager believes have competitively advantaged business models and the ability to sustain long-term growth. Under normal circumstances it invests at least 80% of net assets in large-cap companies, typically those with market capitalizations of at least $10 billion at purchase. It is nondiversified and typically holds 35-50 stocks. The Manager uses bottom-up fundamental research, aided by quantitative screening of profitability, growth, cash flow, capital allocation, and valuations, and considers factors including management, ESG characteristics, competitive dynamics, and balance sheet strength.
