Fund Description
The fund was incepted in June 1995 and is managed by Wasatch Advisors, Inc. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital. Income is a secondary objective, but only when consistent with long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks of micro cap companies with market capitalizations of less than $1 billion at the time of purchase. The fund pays dividends and capital gains annually.
