Fund Description
The fund was incepted in May 1991 and is managed by Denver Investment Advisors LLC. The main objective of the fund is to seek capital appreciation by investing in common stocks and a variety of securities convertible into common stocks such as rights, warrants, convertible preferred stock and convertible bonds. The fund invests in the equity securities of issuers of all sizes, including small capitalization companies (which are those with a market capitalization of less than $2 billion). Dividends, if any, are distributed monthly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed in December.
