Instructions to Ensure You Receive Zacks Emails

To ensure that your Zacks subscriptions (such as Profit from the Pros, Daily Portfolio Update or Intraday Alerts) are not misidentified as spam by your email provider, please follow the whitelisting instructions for your specific service below.

Select your e-mail client below:

Gmail

  • Open an email from Zacks Investment Research.
  • Hover your cursor over the sender's name at the top of the email.
  • Click "Add to Contacts" on the contact card that appears.
  • If the email is in your "Promotions" tab: Click and drag the email to the "Primary" tab to ensure all future emails appear there.

Outlook / Microsoft 365

  • Open an email from Zacks.
  • Click the sender's name or email address.
  • Select "Add to Favorites" or "Add to Contacts."
  • To be more thorough: Go to Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Junk email. Under Safe senders and domains, click "+ Add" and type zacks.com, then press Enter and Save.

Apple Mail (iPhone/iPad/Mac)

  • Open an email from Zacks.
  • Tap or click on the "From" sender address at the top.
  • Select "Add to Contacts" or "Create New Contact."
  • This marks the sender as "Safe" and ensures images and links are active.

Yahoo! Mail

  • Open an email from Zacks.
  • Click the "Add to Contacts" icon next to the sender's name.
  • Select "Save".
  • To ensure full delivery, you can also create a Filter: Go to Settings > Filters > Add and set it to move messages from zacks.com to your Inbox.

Proton Mail

  • Open an email from Zacks.
  • Click on the sender's email address in the "From" header.
  • Click "Add to Contacts" in the pop-up menu.
  • This will automatically bypass Proton's advanced filtering and ensure the research reaches your encrypted inbox.

Tip: If you find any of our emails in your Junk or Spam folder, please select the message and click "Not Spam" or "Report as Not Junk." This helps train your email provider to recognize Zacks as a trusted sender.
