ZACKS
Are They That Foolish?

Stocks closed under the 50 day moving average on Monday to which I give a big?

SO WHAT!

The same thing happened last Thursday only to have a big bounce back on Friday. You see it's not that complicated. The ONLY thing in the way of the bull market right now is Washington DC. And virtually everyone is banking that they will get out of the way soon enough.

So there is little reason for the self-inflicted sell off to continue when the remedy is on the way. However, if they are foolish enough to not pay back on US debt, then it will turn this mole hill into a mountain with lower stock prices on the way.

Let's all hope and pray that they are not so foolish.
