Bruker Scientific Instruments (BSI) BioSpin: Comprised 26.9% of 2023 total revenues, up 14.6% from 2022.The division includesthe Bruker Magnetic Resonance, Applied Industrial and Clinical, Preclinical Imaging and Service and Lifecycle Support and Integrated Data Solution Divisions. This mainly designs, manufactures and distributes enabling life science tools based on the magnetic resonance technology.
BSI CALID (Chemicals, Applied Markets, Life Science, In Vitro Diagnostics, Detection) (32.4% of revenues, up 16.8%): It comprises the Bruker Life Sciences Mass Spectrometry, Bruker Microbiology and Diagnostics and Bruker Optics Divisionsand primarily designs, manufactures and distributes life-science mass spectrometry instruments that can be integrated with other sample preparation or chromatography instruments.
BSI NANO (31.8%, up 19.7%): The segment combines the Bruker AXS, Bruker Nano Surfaces, Bruker Nano Analytics and Bruker Metrology divisions, Consolidated Fluorescence Microscopy, Canopy Biosciences and Acuity Business Units. This mainly designs, manufactures and distributes advanced X-ray instruments to determine the characteristics of matter and the three-dimensional structure of molecules.
Bruker Energy & Supercon Technologies (BEST) (9.5% of revenues, up 18.4%): It develops and manufactures superconducting and non-superconducting materials and devices for use in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, healthcare and “big science” research.
