The Zacks Industry Rank assigns a rating to each of the 265 X (Expanded) Industries based on their average Zacks Rank.

The company also owns interest in 13 retail properties, six residential properties and a hotel. Its properties are concentrated in five core markets: Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Washington, DC.
