Unisys already has business tie-ups with Vietnam Airlines and the contract renewal reinforces the long-term relationship spanning 12 years.

Since 1999, Unisys has provided Vietnam Airlines with CLS to support its Golden Lotus Plus Frequent Flyer program. With a membership of 500,000 Golden Lotus Plus members presently, Unisys has helped Vietnam Airlines to grow its membership base further, rendering specialized services based on customers' actual preferences, buying patterns and travel experiences. The company expects to work diligently to improve the travel experience of its passengers and thereby strengthen its position in the market.
