Fund Description

The fund was incepted in June 2002 and is managed by A I M Advisors. The objective of the fund is to seek long-term growth of capital and current income. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks, convertible securities and bonds of Blue Chip companies (which AIM defines as companies which possess leading market characteristics and typically certain financial characteristics). Dividends and capital gains (if any) are distributed annually.
