Fund Description

Alliance Growth Fund, Class B was incepted in October 1987 and is managed by Alliance Capital Management. The objective of this fund is to seek long-term growth of capital. The fund invests in equity securities of companies with favorable earnings outlook whose long-term growth rates are expected to exceed that of the U.S. economy over time. Through this investors can potentially benefit from both earnings growth and an expanding price-to-earnings multiple. If there are any dividends or capital gains, the management distributes them at the end of each calendar year.
