Fund Description

The fund was incepted in February 1998. ING Investments is the fund's adviser and Aeltus Investment Management is the fund's sub-adviser. The fund seeks to outperform the total return performance of the Standard & Poor's MidCap 400 Index (S&P 400), while maintaining a market level of risk. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in stocks included in the S&P 400. The S&P 400 is a stock market index comprised of common stocks of 400 mid-capitalization companies traded in the U.S. and selected by Standard & Poor's Corporation. Dividends and capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
