Fund Description

The fund was incepted in December 2002 and is managed by ABN AMRO Asset Management, Inc. The fund seeks long-term total return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income by investing primarily in a combination of stocks and bonds. The fund uses a bottom-up approach and invests in a combination of securities that offer potential for growth and income, including primarily large-cap dividend and non-dividend paying common stocks, preferred stocks and convertible securities. Dividends are distributed quarterly. Capital gains are distributed once a year in December.
