Fund Description

The fund was incepted in July 1992 and is managed by Calvert Asset Management Company. The fund seeks to provide a high total return consistent with reasonable risk by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of stocks that meet the fund's investment and social criteria. The fund invests primarily in non-U.S. large cap stocks using a core investment approach. The fund generally holds stocks of companies from the constituent countries of MSCI's EAFE Index, but may opportunistically invest in other countries, including some emerging markets stocks. No more than 5% of the fund's net assets are invested in U.S. companies (excluding High Social Impact and Special Equities investments). Dividends are distributed annually. Capital gains, if any, are distributed once a year.
