Fund Description

Delaware Decatur Equity Income Fund, Class A was incepted in March 1957 and is managed by Delaware Management Company. The objective of this fund is to seek high current income and capital appreciation. It invests in dividend paying stocks of large, well-established companies believed to be undervalued with the potential to increase in price over time. It considers valuation characteristics such as dividend yield, share repurchase activity, price to earnings ratio and cash flow. The fund offers dividends quarterly. Capital gains are distributed in December.
