Fund Description

The fund aims to invest, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of large capitalization companies, generally defined as those within the market capitalization range of the Russell 1000 Index. It utilizes a multi-manager strategy, allocating assets among various professional money managers responsible for specific portions of the portfolio. The fund primarily invests in common and preferred stocks, rights or warrants, REITs, and convertible securities, with the potential for futures contracts for hedging purposes. It may also invest in foreign stocks and includes securities lending to enhance income, while the 80% investment policy can be modified with prior notice to shareholders.
