Fund Description

The fund was incepted in March 2000 and is managed by Delaware International Advisers Ltd. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies that the fund managers believe, at the time of purchase, have the potential for high earnings growth based on their analysis of their historic or projected earnings growth rate, price-to-earnings ratio and cash flows. The managers consider companies of any size, but the companies are generally larger than $300 million in market capitalization. They look for companies that are undervalued, but still have the potential for high earnings growth. Dividends and capital gains are distributed annually.
