Fund Description

The fund was incepted in July 2001 and is managed by Delaware Management Company. The fund seeks to provide long-term capital growth. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of small growth-oriented or emerging growth companies that the advisor believes offer above average opportunities for long-term price appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in investments of small capitalization companies. Dividends and capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
