Fund Description

The fund was incepted in June 1991 and is managed by Domini Social Investments LLC. The fund seeks to provide its shareholders with long-term total return that matches the performance of the Domini 400 Social Index, an index made up of the stocks of 400 companies selected using social and environmental criteria. The index is composed primarily of large-cap U.S. companies. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities and related investments with similar economic characteristics. The fund distributes dividends quarterly and capital gains annually, usually in December.
