Fund Description

Delaware Limited-Term Government Fund, Class A was incepted in November 1985 and is managed by Delaware Management Company. The objective of this fund is to provide a high, stable level of income, while attempting to minimize fluctuations in principal and to provide maximum liquidity. The fund invests 20% of its assets in corporate notes and bonds, certificates of deposit and obligations of U.S. and foreign banks, commercial paper, certain asset backed securities and non-agency mortgage-backed securities. The fund seeks securities that offer income but may fluctuate less than a money market fund's income. The fund offers dividends monthly. Capital gains are distributed in November.
