Fund Description

The fund was incepted in December 1993 and is managed by Massachusetts Financial Services Company. The fund's investment objective is long-term growth of capital. The fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks and related securities of companies with medium market capitalizations, which the fund believes, have above-average growth potential. The fund may invest in foreign securities (including emerging markets securities) through which it may have exposure to foreign currencies. The fund offers dividends and capital gains annually.
