Fund Description

The fund typically invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of companies included in the Russell 1000 Value Index, which is a market capitalization-weighted index aimed at tracking the performance of the large-cap value segment of the U.S. equity market. This index comprises companies within the Russell 1000 Index that exhibit lower price-to-book ratios and lower expected growth rates, commonly referred to as value stocks. Additionally, effective December 11, 2025, the fund's investment policy will include derivative instruments that offer exposure to the aforementioned investments or related market risk factors, alongside securities lending to generate income for the fund.
