Fund Description

The fund primarily invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks of large-capitalization U.S. companies that are part of the S&P 500 Index, which serves as a broad representation of publicly traded common stocks in the United States. Common stocks, including depositary receipts, signify ownership interests in issuers. Starting December 11, 2025, the investment policy will incorporate derivative instruments that provide exposure to these investments or associated market risk factors within the 80% asset allocation. Additionally, the fund may lend securities to generate income.
