Fund Description

The fund was incepted in November 1935 and is managed by Invesco. The fund seeks long-term capital growth and current income. The fund seeks out common stocks of high-quality, large-capitalization companies that possess compelling earnings growth potential, have superior financial returns and serve attractive growth markets. A smaller, but important, emphasis is placed on companies with accelerating earnings, revenues and cash flows. The fund offers dividends and capital gains, if any, annually.
