Fund Description

The fund was incepted in December 1989 and is managed by U.S. Bancorp Asset Management. The fund seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of mid-capitalization companies, defined as companies that have market capitalizations, at the time of purchase, within the range of the Standard & Poor's MidCap 400 Index. The advisor selects companies that it believes exhibit superior growth based on, among other factors, a strong competitive position, strong management and sound financial condition. Dividends are declared and paid monthly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
