Fund Description

The fund primarily invests in common stocks, focusing on securities of companies deemed undervalued relative to various factors, including assets, sales, earnings, growth potential, and cash flow, as well as compared to industry peers. It targets both domestic and foreign issuers and employs fundamental analysis to assess each issuer's financial condition and market position. Effective December 11, 2025, the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in securities of value companies, defined using traditional valuation metrics and benchmarks. Additionally, the fund includes derivative instruments that provide exposure to these investments or associated market risk factors, adhering to its investment policies and limitations.
