Fund Description
The fund was incepted in August 1994 and is managed by U.S. Bancorp Asset Management. The fund seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of small-capitalization companies, defined as companies that have market capitalizations at the time of purchase within the range of the Russell 2000 Index. The advisor selects companies that it believes are undervalued, exhibit good or improving fundamentals, and have an identifiable catalyst that could close the gap between the market value and fair value over the next one to two years. Dividends are declared and paid quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
