Fund Description

The fund was incepted in May 2000 and is managed by GE Asset Management. The objective of the fund is to seek long term growth of capital. The fund invests in equity securities of companies in developed and developing countries other than the United States. The fund also invests to a lesser extent in debt securities. The portfolio manager focuses on companies that he expects will grow faster than relevant markets and whose security price does not fully reflect their potential for growth. Dividends are declared and paid annually. Short-term and long-term capital gains, if any, are declared and paid annually.
