Fund Description

The fund was incepted in April 2001 and is managed by Hartford Investment Financial Service. The objective of this fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in mid capitalization companies. The fund advisers purchase stocks of companies which are out-of-favor and have good prospects. The fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in securities of foreign issuers and non-dollar securities. The fund offers dividends and capital gains annually.
