Fund Description

The fund was incepted in November 1991 and is managed by RE Advisers Corporation. The fund seeks to generate current income while maintaining a low degree of share price fluctuation. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in debt securities in the three highest credit categories. The fund may invest up to 5% of its total assets in any one mutual fund and up to10% of assets in all mutual funds. Dividends are declared and paid monthly. Capital gains, if any, are declared and paid annually.
