Fund Description

The fund was incepted in February 2002 and is managed by Hotchkis and Wiley Capital Management, LLC. The fund seeks current income and long-term growth of income, as well as capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks of large capitalization U.S. companies. The fund also invests in stocks with high cash dividends or payout yields relative to the market. Dividends (if any) are distributed semi-annually. Capital gains (if any) are distributed annually.
